These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChamChamExpress.com (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Stone Paper Stories, a sole proprietorship registered at:

By accessing, purchasing from, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended only for adults (18 years or older).
The content is designed for parents and guardians.
Children are not permitted to create accounts or enter into transactions.
By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

2. Account Registration

Access requires account creation.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
Accounts may be accessed on multiple devices associated with the same email address.
Stone Paper Stories reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. Products & Services

The Platform offers:

One-time purchase digital content
Streaming access to purchased content
Limited free previews (e.g. a small number of plays per song before purchase, where applicable)

No physical products are sold.
Stone Paper Stories reserves the right to modify, remove, or update content at any time.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Razorpay and other authorized international payment processors.
International payments are accepted.
You agree to pay all applicable taxes and transaction charges.

4.4 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds, reversals, or credits will be provided under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Lack of usage
Device incompatibility

By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to dispute charges except in cases of proven unauthorized fraud.

5. License & Intellectual Property

All content including but not limited to:

Music
Lyrics
Audio recordings
Artwork
Videos
Branding
Website design
Educational material

are the exclusive intellectual property of Stone Paper Stories. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, private, non-commercial use only.

6. Strict Prohibitions

You may not:

Download, copy, reproduce, or store content
Share content publicly
Play content in schools, classrooms, events, or institutions
Use content in tuition centers or daycares
Use content for commercial purposes
Upload content to YouTube, Instagram, or any social media
Redistribute via WhatsApp, Telegram, Drive, or similar platforms
Modify, remix, adapt, or create derivative works
Extract audio files
Use the content in advertising
Use content for AI training, machine learning, or dataset building
Scrape, crawl, mirror, or archive the website
Reverse engineer platform systems
Remove copyright notices

Any violation constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal action.

7. Anti-Piracy Enforcement

Stone Paper Stories actively monitors unauthorized distribution.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination, legal notice, financial damages claims, and criminal complaint where applicable.
You agree to indemnify Stone Paper Stories for all damages arising from misuse.

No School or Institutional Use

Unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed, schools, teachers, institutions, NGOs, and educational platforms may not use, broadcast, or perform the content. Institutional licensing must be obtained separately in writing.

9. Free Preview Terms

The Platform may offer a limited number of complimentary plays per song before purchase.
Free preview access is temporary and revocable.
Misuse of preview access constitutes breach of Terms.
Stone Paper Stories reserves the right to change or discontinue preview access at any time.

10. No User-Generated Content

The Platform does not permit uploads, comments, or submissions. Any unsolicited material sent to the company shall not create any obligation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Stone Paper Stories makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Paper Stories shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stone Paper Stories from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property.

14. Termination

Stone Paper Stories may suspend accounts, terminate access, block IP addresses, or initiate legal proceedings without prior notice. Termination does not waive rights to pursue damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

16. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to first attempt good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration under Indian arbitration law. Arbitration seat: Mumbai, Maharashtra. Courts in Mumbai retain supervisory jurisdiction.

17. International Users

If you access the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nothing herein shall limit enforcement of Indian intellectual property protections internationally.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy (to be published separately).

19. Changes to Terms

Stone Paper Stories reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Live shows

Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Each ticket admits 1 child + 1 parent only. Entry will be permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or physical).
Tickets once purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Attendees are requested to bring their own picnic mats for seating comfort.
Drinking water will be available at the venue.
Limited car parking is available. Guests are advised to plan accordingly and consider carpooling where possible.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times during the event.
The organizers will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
In case of adverse weather conditions, the event will be moved to the reserve day: 19th April.
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional and social media purposes. By attending the event, participants grant permission to the organizers to use their images/videos without any compensation or prior approval.
Pets are not allowed at the venue.
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring assistance are requested to inform the organizers in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
Attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and family-friendly environment. Any misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
